Production Technology

1.Rotary Mosaic technology: the innovative application of rotational radian in jewelry design brings the beauty of jewelry arc line, making it smooth and full of tension. And the rotary Mosaic technology realizes the graceful beauty and high light-penetrating rate of the fountain water column rotating upward, increasing the diamond’s sparkle and achieving the visual expansion effect. In this way, the diamond looks bigger than inlaid in the conventional way, thus excellently meets the demands and desires of female consumers. 2. Material: The work is set with diamonds in 18-karat white gold and a ruby on one side of the ring arm.

Design Challenge

There are three difficulties in the process of designing this work. The first one is how to achieve the delicate beauty of the fountain water column rotating upwards; The second one is how to guarantee the high refractive index of diamond; The third is how to firmly inlay the diamond. Designers consulted the books of architecture, optics and mechanics for answers. After figuring out the thickness and angle of each stress line, they invented the "rotary insert" process after a month of testing, to achieve a beautiful arc line, and increase the sparkle of the diamond. And the rotation is connected with each other to reinforce the overall firmness, effectively alleviating the damage of external pressure on the structure.

Project Duration

The conception and conceptual design of the work began 2016.10 in Shanghai, China. The work was completed 2017.2 in Shanghai and launched in January, 2018 in China.

Operation Flow

Rotary Mosaic technology achieves the dynamic and delicate beauty of the fountain water column, and the diamond and rose elements expresses the aspiration for love. The ring arm is inlaid with luxurious diamonds. Such fancy and creative diamond ring can produce unique temperament for the bearer and also can convey the unique spiritual world of her.
