Unique Properties
To make movement with many bags easier, Go Beyond S2 adopts a docking combined system, carrying carry-on size and large-size at a time. To avoid the overweight fees, a scale handle was mandatory. Front pockets for every size were also a wish. As a coffee addict, a cupholder on the backside of luggage is the dream come true. Travel accessories such as reform stickers, luggage belts, and packing cubes were elaborately designed to match the new luggage in trendy colors: Ebony Black, Olive Green, etc.

Production Technology
Basically, the Go beyond S2 luggage series has a front pocket for every size for the unity of design and practical purpose. It was technically hard to put a front pocket for the big (28-inch) luggage and we had to find a new machine to sew such a big pocket. To find an optimal pocket size in terms of visual design and technical availability, we had to readjust the luggage design and produce samples for more than 1 year. To maximize the volume of 28-inch luggage, we made the width and breadth almost the same, not like the other general luggage. Inspired by the mathematical theory as below: Maximized volume of a cuboid with given the same sum of sides.
Design Challenge
We had many technical issues with producing the big-size luggage with front pockets.
Project Duration
The design project started in 2020 Feb when our design team visited New York for the Magic show exhibition. It was also the time when the Covid pandemic started in Asia and spread worldwide. After coming back to Korea, and confronting the extreme market crash, we only focused on new product development for 2 years.
Operation Flow
Go beyond the large check-in suitcase(28") weighs itself with a digital display embedded in the luggage. The built-in digital scale instantly weighs baggage and its contents to save travelers time and money. For hectic travelers with many bags to manage, a built-in cupholder in GO BEYOND carry-on size(21") suitcase will rescue one’s unfinished coffee and the breadth of one's mind. The cup holder on the backside of 21-inch luggage is built-in foldable and can be opened with easy one-finger tip touch.

Inspiration
Travel used to mean hard work as a businesswoman who raised business single-handedly. For photo shooting, trade fair exhibitions and etc., much luggage to carry made business trips more tiring and troublesome. After several big crises, the big fire which swallowed up all the product stock, and covid pandemic which swept market demand, we decided to design the luggage we always needed for ourselves.
